About the Role

We are seeking an experienced LIMS Administrator to support and enhance Sample Manager for Windows (SMW) for laboratory operations. The role involves system administration, troubleshooting, software enhancements, database support, and collaboration with laboratory stakeholders and ICT teams.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and support LIMS, including user access and troubleshooting.
Gather requirements, develop enhancements, and test system changes.
Maintain system interfaces, SQL queries, reports, and technical documentation.
Perform backups, data archiving, access reviews, and routine maintenance.




Support upgrades, change control, quality measures, and disaster recovery.
Train users and liaise with vendors and ICT teams.

Desirable Skills
Experience with Sample Manager for Windows or similar LIMS platforms.
Knowledge of VGL, LIMS Basic, C#/.NET, Visual Basic, Java, HTML, or SQL.
Database administration and troubleshooting experience.
Understanding of laboratory workflows, quality systems, and NATA requirements.
Robust problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
