ITALIAN GURUS PTY LTD is seeking qualified and experienced Cooks to join our team at ISCHIA ON BEAUFORT and ISCHIA ON CLAISEBROOK in Perth, Western Australia.

Salary level: $79,000 to $85,000

About You - COOK:
You will hold Certificate III in Hospitality - Commercial Cookery (essential) or higher and have at least 2 - 3 years'

experience.
Chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, cooking dishes as instructed.
Setting up stations, cleaning, and assisting with basic food safety
Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment.
Prepare and cook food as per company specifications.
Store food in temperature-controlled facilities.
Clean and follow health and safety procedures.
Self-motivated, creative, confident, and enthusiastic
Be a team player.
