About the role

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an experienced Reception/ Front of House Team Lead to join their Melbourne office. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the face of the firm while leading a small, supportive reception team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll combine front of house excellence with team leadership, making sure every client and guest receives a polished, professional welcome.

What you’ll be doing
Leading and supporting a small team
Managing the front desk day to day, meeting and greeting clients and visitors
Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are set up and ready
Organising catering for meetings and events in partnership with the in-house catering team
Overseeing the rostering of secretaries and acting as a key point of contact for the team
Working closely with the events,



client services and facilities teams to deliver a seamless client experience

About you
Experience as a corporate receptionist or in a front of house role, within skilled services (legal experience is not essential)
Some team lead or supervisory exposure
Catering coordination or hospitality experience will be highly regarded
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
A proactive, team-first attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities

What’s on offer
