Key Responsibilities
Review tender documentation, architectural drawings and project specifications.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial joinery and high-end residential cabinetry.
Calculate labour, materials, hardware and subcontractor costs.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and confirm material specifications.
Identify scope gaps, discrepancies and areas requiring clarification.
Collaborate with drafting, design and production teams to assess project feasibility.
Prepare and submit accurate, professional tender packages within deadlines.
Assist with tender follow-ups, negotiations and project handovers.

What We’re Looking For




Proven experience estimating within the cabinet making or joinery industry.
Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction, materials, finishes and hardware.
Ability to interpret architectural plans, detailed drawings and specifications.
Robust Excel, costing and estimating skills.
Commercial awareness and a practical approach to pricing.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
