Just Better Care Eastern Suburbs is seeking compassionate, reliable and dedicated female Community Support Workers to support a client living in Sylvania. The role involves providing 8 hours of support per day, helping the client maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

What We're Looking For
Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or a related field
Current First Aid and CPR certificates




Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working with Children Clearance
Valid NSW Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, reliable and person-centred approach
