Colombo Social is looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and help shape the next chapter of our Enmore restaurant.

We're part of Plate It Forward, a hospitality group and social enterprise using food to create positive social impact and employment opportunities.

You'll lead day-to-day service, build a strong team and work closely with the kitchen and wider operations team to deliver a great guest experience and strong venue performance.

You'll lead day-to-day service, build a solid team and work closely with the kitchen and wider operations team to deliver a great guest experience and strong venue performance.

What You'll Do
Lead service and set a warm, professional standard for guests
Coach, support and develop the front-of-house team
Manage rosters, daily operations and labour performance
Build the team's confidence in our food, wine and beverage offering
Respond to guest feedback and keep the venue running smoothly

About You

You have at least 2 years' restaurant management or senior leadership experience and enjoy being visible, hands-on and supportive on the floor.

You're confident leading a team, delivering excellent service and balancing guest experience with the commercial needs of a busy restaurant. A current NSW RSA is essential.
