PMM Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Underground Shift Supervisor to join a growing underground mining operation at the Merlin Mine Site.
This is an outstanding opportunity to secure premium rates, super paid on all hours worked, an even-time roster and long-term project stability while leading a skilled underground mining team.
Working closely with site management, you will play a key role in driving safety, production performance and workforce leadership across underground operations.
About the Role
Lead and supervise underground mining crews
Ensure protected execution of daily production and development activities
Monitor productivity and underground performance targets
Conduct workplace inspections and safety interactions
Coordinate workforce and equipment utilisation
Mentor and develop underground personnel
Complete end-of-shift reporting and handovers
Liaise with site management and technical services teams
Promote a solid safety and performance culture

Previous Underground Shift Supervisor Experience
Underground Hard Rock Mining Experience
Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Strong Commitment to Safety
Ability to Pass a Full Pre-Employment Medical
Ability to Pass Drug & Alcohol Screening
Clean National Police Clearance Required
