Hyphen Connect is seeking a Finance Lead to anchor our financial operations as we scale a Bitcoin Layer 2 project. You will own full-cycle accounting for fiat and BTC, supervise cross-border payroll, and ensure our treasury and reporting are accurate in a multi-currency workplace.

The role requires robust experience with both crypto-specific tools (Bitwave, Cryptio, Tres) and traditional platforms (Quick Books, Xero), plus CPA/ACCA or equivalent.
