In this role you'll own the integration of battery and power conversion equipment with the MV collector system, HV substation and grid connection, from concept design right through to commissioning and handover.
You'll be the key link between the battery/PCS OEM, our primary and secondary design teams, the network service provider and the construction team.
Some of your key accountabilities will include:Lead the technical integration of OEM battery enclosures and PCS/inverter units into the balance-of-plant designDefine and verify the collector system: main power transformer, 33 kV switchboards, RMUs, step-up transformers and LV connections to the PCSConfirm equipment ratings against short-circuit, load flow and cable/transformer loading studies, including PCS fault contribution during fault ride-throughDrive battery yard layouts for maintenance access, fire separation, crane corridors and AS **** clearancesSupport the NER connection process,
