With a loyal and growing client base spanning individuals, small businesses and SMEs, our client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 2+ years' PAE to join their close-knit team.

Your RoleWorking closely with the Principal and broader team, you'll enjoy a diverse range of commercial and civil litigation matters, including:
Contractual and commercial disputesBuilding and property disputesDebt recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency mattersProperty and retail leasing disputesAdministrative Law and regulatory investigationsManaging litigation files, including drafting court documents, preparing evidence and assisting with dispute resolution




You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of matters, develop your advocacy skills and enjoy increasing autonomy as your experience grows.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll ideally bring:
A minimum of 2 years' PAE in commercial litigation and dispute resolutionStrong drafting, analytical and technical legal skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesSound organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to excellent client serviceA collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for further developing your litigation expertise
