Working closely with ourbroader engineering, planning and design teams, you will provide technicalexpertise and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.Your responsibilities will include:Undertaking and certifying cadastral and re-establishment surveysManaging subdivision projects from initial survey through to LandRegistry approvalPreparing, reviewing and signing survey plans and associateddocumentationProviding expert advice on cadastral matters,



boundaries and landdevelopment requirementsUndertaking lease area surveys and complex development surveysEstablishing geodetic and local survey control networksCompleting feature and level surveys and engineering surveysManaging building and engineering set-out, monitoring surveys,volume calculations and estate controlUndertaking asset recording surveys, including sewer, water andA-Spec requirementsReviewing and ensuring compliance of survey documentation prior tosubmissionPreparing planning and certification documentation for councils andauthoritiesLiaising with clients, councils, authorities, consultants andproject stakeholdersProviding mentoring and technical guidance to survey staffSupporting project management activities, including budgets,resourcing and delivery outcomesIdentifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships andcontribute to business growthAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Current Licensed Surveyor registration in VictoriaA minimum of 5 years' relevant industry experience,



with strongcadastral and land development experienceDemonstrated experience managing subdivision and development surveyprojectsStrong knowledge of Victorian cadastral surveying practices,legislation and Land Registry requirementsExcellent technical capability and attention to detailStrong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and competing prioritieseffectivelyExperience mentoring and supporting junior survey staffProficiency with relevant surveying software and technologyA strong client focus, professional integrity and commitment todelivering quality outcomesWhy Join Beveridge Williams?
