SUMMARY OF THE ROLEMammoet is seeking a proactive and highly organised Workforce Coordinator to join our Australian Planning & Logistics team.
In this pivotal role, you'll ensure workforce availability, compliance, and operational readiness across major resource sector shutdowns.
Working closely with operations teams and subcontractors, you'll coordinate workforce logistics, roster management, fatigue monitoring, leave planning, and training compliance to keep crews shutdown-ready.
You'll also support broader planning activities, with opportunities to develop into, or provide coverage for, wider planning responsibilities as business needs evolve.The role is based in our Booragoon Head office within Perth on a Full-Time Monday-Friday basis.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGWorkforce forecasting for busy rotating shutdown scheduleUsing internal and external systems to pool resources for jobsCoordinating international, domestic and site charter flightsLiaising with clients, internal operations team, fieldworkers,
