labour and resourcesMaintaining strong client relationshipsManaging variations, contracts and commercial outcomesEnsuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirementsDriving project performance, productivity and client satisfactionAbout YouYou are a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will have:Proven experience managing commercial and/or industrial electrical projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsSound commercial and financial management experienceExperience managing project scope, variations and contractual obligationsA strong commitment to workplace health and safetyExcellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilitiesA proactive, professional and self-motivated approachQualificationsElectrical Trade Qualification and/or Electrical Engineering DegreeSite/Project Management qualifications highly regardedCurrent White CardCurrent Driver's LicenceAbout New Edge GroupNew Edge Group is a national electrical contractor delivering complex commercial, industrial, data centre and infrastructure projects across Australia.
