We're partnering with a leading wealth and investment organisation seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to join their Account Services team.This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex operational processes, support key stakeholders and contribute to ongoing improvements across client onboarding, account administration and service delivery.The Role As a senior member of the team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient administration of client accounts while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance and client service.You'll work closely with advisers, support teams and external partners, acting as a trusted operational expert and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives across the function.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee complex client onboarding activities, including AML/KYC requirementsManage account establishment, maintenance, amendments and closuresSupport the administration of deceased estates and sensitive client mattersPerform daily operational controls, reconciliations and reportingMaintain data integrity across multiple systems and platformsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders,
custodians and external providersEnsure compliance with regulatory obligations, risk frameworks and operational proceduresIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service deliveryProvide guidance and support to junior team members where requiredAbout YouYou are a proactive and highly organised operations specialist with strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.You'll bring:4+ years' experience within financial services operations, wealth management or investment administrationStrong understanding of account maintenance, client onboarding and operational controlsExposure to AML/KYC processes and regulatory requirementsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for greater efficiencyThe confidence to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat's In It For You?
