Van Dough is seeking a Management Accountant to join our finance team on a full-time basis.
This is a strategic position where you will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, analysis and decision-making across the organisation.
As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for providing valuable financial insights that drive business performance and contribute to the achievement of our corporate objectives.What you'll be doingPreparing and analysing monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and financial statementsDeveloping and managing budgets across departments, including forecasting and variance analysisConducting financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities for cost optimisationProviding financial reporting and performance metrics to support management decision-makingAssisting with the implementation and maintenance of accounting policies and financial controlsCollaborating with operational teams to understand financial requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutionsSupporting the preparation of business cases and investment appraisals for proposed initiativesMaintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulationsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance functionWhat we're looking forA recognised accounting qualification such as CPA, CA or ACCA, or equivalent relevant experienceProven experience in management accounting,
