KJR is looking foraTestManager.This role is to providestrategic leadership for the test capability transformation, assessing current automation and test data practices and defining the future-state automation-first testing architecture that supports a multi-SaaS ecosystem.Key Responsibilities·Assess existing testing ecosystem:·Evaluate automation maturity and manual testing reliance.
·Identify risks related to scalbility, API validation, release integration & setting provisioning·Define a future automation architecture strategy including: SaaS tenant aware architecture.
·Establish principles for automation standards and tooling strategy·Define integration patterns with CICD and release management·Define strategy for test data masking and synthetic data generation·Establish testing governance including, automation coverage standards and release quality gatesExperience & BackgroundProven experience as a Test Manager or Test Architect in large-scale enterprise environmentsDemonstrated experience working in multi-SaaS, highly integrated environments involving complex system landscapesStrong experience in enterprise test governance, strategy, and delivery across multiple programsDomain Experience (Highly Regarded)Experience in federal government, defence, or government-funded/regulated sectors,



such as:HealthcareAged careInsurance / statutory authoritiesExperience operating in environments with:High regulatory oversightComplex stakeholder ecosystemsStrong audit and compliance requirementsTechnical & Delivery CapabilityExperience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and release management processesStrong understanding of:Test automation frameworks (API, UI, integration)Test data management practices (masking, provisioning, synthetic data)SaaS platform testing and integration validationExperience working with modern toolsets (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, API testing tools, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)Leadership & CommunicationStrong leadership experience across multi-vendor and cross-functional teamsProven ability to influence at program and enterprise levelExcellent stakeholder communication, including executive-level reportingWho are we?
