As an employer of choice, Mawsons offer industry competitive remuneration with flexible work opportunities.We are seeking an experienced full time Asset Maintenance & Support Co-ordinator (Fixed Plant) to work closely with Mawsons' managers and operational teams to design, refine and implement effective condition and performance monitoring systems across our quarry operations.
This is a hands-on, technically focused role that will play a key part in improving asset reliability, lifecycle planning and proactive maintenance practices across Mawsons and Milbrae sites.




Based in Cohuna regular travel across Mawsons service area is essential and a company vehicle is part of an attractive salary package.Duties include:Design, implement & maintain condition & performance monitoring systems for quarry plant & equipmentProvide ongoing asset management advice using OEM data, remote monitoring, inspections & repair historyAssist with maintenance planning, repairs & capital replacement decisionsWork with Quarry Managers to optimise plant performanceMaintain accurate service records across MEX, Mawcentral, Epicor & MT DataEnsure compliance with WHS & environmental requirementsAdvanced experience in asset management and condition monitoringStrong understanding of maintenance systems and data analysisStrong communication and collaboration skillsA positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environmentTotal commitment to work safety, quality and complianceThis role provides a great chance to become part of a successful company known for its steadiness and strong commitment to safety, innovation, and quality.
