The Role
Deliver high-quality carpentry across premium residential projects.
Lead by example and maintain exceptional standards of workmanship.
Coordinate day-to-day site activities and assist with trade and subcontractor coordination.
Support site supervision, project scheduling and workflow.
Maintain a safe, organised and productive worksite.
Work closely with the builder and site management team to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
About You
Qualified Carpenter with solid residential construction experience.
Previous Leading Hand experience, or a Carpenter ready to step into a leadership position.
Experience with high-end residential builds, renovations or extensions.
Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
Confident communication and leadership skills.
A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Ambition to develop your skills and progress into a Foreman position.
