Employees fluctuate due to projects but never exceeding 300.The roleYou'll take full ownership of payroll in a complex setting.
Headcount changes with the project pipeline, so no two pay cycles look quite the same.
This isn't a role where you process and press go.
You'll be trusted to run the function, improve it and drive efficiencies.What you'll be doingManaging end-to-end payroll for a fluctuating workforce across multiple projectsInterpreting and applying awards, enterprise agreements and allowances in a construction environmentOwning all compliance, including PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax,
