You'll partner closely with our Executive Leadership team to shape the financial strategies that underpin our growth,



while building and mentoring a high-performing finance team.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who combines commercial acumen with a genuine passion for developing people and processes - someone who sees financial leadership not just as a function, but as a driver of the brand's broader ambitions.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGLeading MESHKI's end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reportingPreparing accurate financial reports and board reporting in line with company standardsMonitoring cash flow, budgets, and foreign exchange (FX) strategiesProviding financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-makingOverseeing accounting operations, reconciliations, and the integrity of the Chart of AccountsManaging global tax compliance and the company's hedging programmeOwning the ERP/Finance stack (NetSuite) and driving automation opportunitiesOverseeing payroll management, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulationsLeading, mentoring, and developing the finance team to foster a high-performance cultureEngaging with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as MESHKI's key financial contactWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRINGProven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within retail, fashion, or DTCStrong working knowledge of NetSuite or a comparable ERP/finance systemDemonstrated experience managing FX exposure and hedging strategiesA track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teamsStrong understanding of global tax compliance and payroll regulationsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across Marketing, Operations, and Executive LeadershipA proactive, solutions-focused approach to process improvement and automation
