The business is highly regarded for the quality of its advice, depth of experience, and long‐standing commitment to client outcomes.We are seeking an experienced Investment/Portfolio Manager to work closely with advice teams (led by Senior Private Client Advisers) to own the investment/portfolio management function, ensuring client portfolios are managed in a way that drives sustainable, long-term wealth creation.Supporting multiple advice teams, you'll play a key role in portfolio construction, investment research, and the ongoing management of client investment portfolios.
You'll apply your commercial judgement, investment expertise and market insight to identify opportunities, manage risk and support investment decisions that are in the best financial interests of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage VISIS Private Wealth's investment strategy and 'house' portfolioLead investment research, due diligence, analysis and assessment of investment opportunitiesExecute direct share portfolio trades on behalf of advice teamsMonitor portfolio performance, investment outcomes, risk exposures and emerging opportunitiesPrepare and deliver investment recommendations, insights and performance reporting to the Managing Partner and Senior Private Client Advisor'sBuild and maintain strong relationships with advice teamsContribute to portfolio construction, optimisation and risk-reward analysisMonitor market trends, industry developments and emerging risks across the private wealth landscapeSupport governance,



compliance and risk management obligations while contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement activitiesWhat We're Looking ForRelevant tertiary qualifications in finance, investments, commerce, economics or a related disciplineApproximately 10+ years' experience within fund management or a closely related investment environmentStrong experience managing complex or high-value investment portfoliosAdvanced investment research, analytical and due diligence capabilitiesStrong understanding of investment markets, regulation, governance and industry trendsDemonstrated experience assessing investment risk and return across private market opportunitiesHighly developed written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting investment recommendationsKnowledge of financial modelling, valuation methodologies and portfolio construction principlesCollaborative approach and ability to contribute positively within a high-performing teamExperience with Ausiex desirableVISIS Private Wealth is a leading wealth management firm in Brisbane, Queensland, providing comprehensive financial planning, investment, and advisory services to our diverse client base.
