You will play a pivotal role in coordinating site activities, managing resources and building strong customer relationships.What will you be doing?
Manage and coordinate multiple modernisation projects from commencement through to completionPlan and organise labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor activities to ensure project successBuild and maintain solid relationships with customers, consultants and key stakeholders throughout project deliveryDrive a positive safety culture by ensuring compliance with KONE's safety standards, policies and proceduresLead, coach and motivate site teams to achieve quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targetsMonitor project progress,



manage risks and proactively resolve site issuesCollaborate closely with Project Managers and operational teams to ensure seamless project executionMaintain accurate project documentation, reporting and compliance recordsIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and customer outcomesWhat are we looking for?
