IEPro are working with an established civil infrastructure business looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their Brisbane team.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded QS who enjoys getting into the detail of project costs, understands civil construction and wants to play an important role in supporting successful project delivery.The position is Brisbane based, with occasional site visits, offering the opportunity to remain closely connected to construction while working predominantly from the office.With a salary package of up to $150k + super, this role will suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a secure, long-term opportunity across civil infrastructure.OpportunityAs Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with project delivery and commercial teams, providing cost management, quantity surveying and contractual support across a range of civil infrastructure projects.You'll be involved in measuring works, monitoring costs, assessing variations and supporting commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.The role offers a good balance of technical quantity surveying, commercial responsibility and direct engagement with project teams.RolePreparing detailed quantity take-offs, measurements and cost estimatesMonitoring project costs, budgets and commercial performancePreparing and assessing progress claims, variations and contractual entitlementsSupporting procurement and subcontractor tender assessmentsReviewing drawings, specifications and project documentationPreparing cost reports, forecasts and financial assessmentsIdentifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout project deliverySupporting contract administration and final account processesWorking closely with Project Managers,
