and enjoys being accountable for outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesHigh-volume daily banking and allocationsEnd-to-end collections management across a diverse customer baseOpening new accounts and processing credit applicationsReviewing customer credit limits and account riskReconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepanciesManaging customer queries and ensuring timely resolutionPosting journals and maintaining accurate account recordsBuilding strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersAbout YouPrevious experience in a Credit, Accounts Receivable, or Collections roleStrong AR skills with proven experience managing a ledgerA self-starter who can work autonomously and take ownership of their responsibilitiesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsConfident communicator with a professional customer approachAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat's on Offer?
