All eLearning programs are to build capability and competence that will contribute to a high performing and capable workforce.The role will meet key eLearning requirements within the Learning & Development Program schedule by meeting business expectations, schedule timeframes, customer needs and expectations of Learning & Development.All learning materials will be compliant with all relevant company policy, quality processes / standards and WHSE requirements.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitieseLearning analysis, design & development, implementation and evaluationIdentify end-user learning needs using a variety of methodsResearch, design, develop and pilot high quality contemporary and engaging learning material (manuals, flow charts, activities, hand-outs) to meet organisational, department and participant needsResearch, design,



develop and pilot high quality engaging eLearning modules across a range of content areasFollow the end to end Instructional Design process in the development of learning materials to meet BAU and project requirementsApply adult learning principles to the design of learning programs and materialsAdopt Instructional Design and eLearning best practices in the design, development and delivery of learning programs and materialsConsult with Learning and Development Advisors and/or subject matter experts regarding concept designResearch specific learning areas, trends and activities and keep content up to dateEvaluate and maintain learning material to ensure currency, consistency and continual improvementEnsure learning material developed is consistent with organisational and departmental standardsImplement recommended business changes to Learning Programs as requiredCreate and edit audio and video (including storyboarding and scripts) for use in eLearningEngage with key stakeholders to propose learning solutions via storyboarding from concept through to final productLiaise and manage relationships with internal program and services team membersAdministrationAdministration of ILT and eLearning modules within the Learning Management System (LMS)Provide LMS support and guidance and create user documentation as requiredAccurately input, maintain and report on learning functions in the LMS system including compliance programsEnsure all learning documentation is recorded accurately and efficiently,



kept up-to-date and complies with company policies and standardsLearning & Development TeamFoster and maintain effective working relationships with L&D; team membersIdentify areas for improvement with L&D; processes that will enhance the efficiency of the L&D; teamEnsure that the reputation of the L&D; department is upheld by behaving in a professional manner at all timesGeneral Duties and ResponsibilitiesComply with Cubic's Quality Management SystemComply with Cubic Occupational Health, Safety and Setting policies and proceduresComply with security in accordance with established policies and procedures of the organisationsComply with Cubic Human Resources ProceduresOther duties as requestedLocal and interstate travel as requiredMinimum Job RequirementsQualificationsCurrent Certificate IV Training and Assessment (essential)Tertiary qualification in a training related field: adult education, human resources, psychology (desirable)Skills/Experience/KnowledgeMinimum 5 years' experience in an OD or L&D; role in a commercial environmentDemonstrated ability to research learning needsDemonstrated success in the design, development, delivery and piloting of learning in response to identified learning needs and specifications, appropriately utilising the range of best practice learning techniquesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalWell-developed interpersonal skills, including the capacity to develop and maintain a rapport with all stakeholdersAptitude to quickly understand and apply new learning areas within a short space of time and think on your feetHigh level skills in Microsoft Office products, Word, PowerPoint and ExcelHigh level of proficiency in Articulate Storyli
