If you are a creative and highly organised marketing skilled with a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills and proven experience using Adobe InDesign, then this could be the role for you.Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider business, the Marketing & Tender Coordinator will play a hands-on role in developing our brand, creating engaging content, coordinating photoshoots and producing high-quality marketing and tender materials.Your role involves:Creating engaging content that tells our brand story across social media, websites, newsletters, brochures and other communication channelsManaging our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platformsDeveloping and maintaining a social media content calendar, scheduling content and monitoring performancePreparing professionally designed tender submissions and business development materials using Adobe InDesignWriting engaging and professional copy for social media, website, EDM, project profiles, case studies and other marketing materialsCoordinating professional and in-house photography and photoshoots, including schedules, locations,



shot lists and required personnelWorking with internal teams to gather project information, staff profiles, case studies and supporting content for tendersEnsuring marketing and tender materials are accurate, compliant, on-brand and professionally presentedSupporting presentations, business development initiatives, events and other marketing activitiesAt least 3 years marketing or digital experience.Proven Adobe InDesign experience – this is a mandatory requirementExperience preparing tenders, proposals or EOIs is highly desirableExperience managing social media platforms and developing digital contentProficient using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva is an advantageAt Schiavello Construction, we are committed to building long-term relationships by bringing technical expertise and customer centricity to create places of superior value for people.
