They are looking to strengthen their site team with a supervisor who can take ownership, make decisions and keep things moving.You'll be working closely with an experienced Site Manager & Project Manager, leading the day-to-day delivery of your section of the project.What we're looking for3+ years' experience as a Site SupervisorMust have experience with a head contractor delivering projects up $50M+End-to-end project experienceConfident coordinating multiple subcontractors and tradesStrong construction knowledge and an understanding of sequencing, programming,



and site logisticsThe confidence to identify problems early and find practical solutionsStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the broader project teamA can-do attitude - someone that's whiling to learn and take a proactive approach on a day to dayHold a degree in Construction Management or something similarMost importantly, we're looking for someone who has the fundamentals of site supervision in place and is ready to take the next step.
