The successful applicant will supervise residential and commercial projects throughout the Northern Rivers and Clarence Valley regions.Key responsibilitiesSupervise daily site operations and construction activities.Coordinate carpenters, apprentices, subcontractors and suppliers.Monitor project progress, quality and safety.Read and interpret plans and specifications.Maintain site records and communicate with clients and trades.Support project planning and delivery.About youProven experience in site supervision or construction.Robust carpentry or building background.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to coordinate multiple trades and projects.Reliable, organised and solutions-focused.Current driver's licence and White Card.About usOCP Constructions is building quality, building relationships, and building the future.
