At close to 500 employees, we have the security of a big company but the fun and culture of a small one.Read more on our website: /Who we're looking for: We're looking for a curious, enthusiastic and detail-oriented new starter to join our team of Fraud/AML professionals in ITSM's growing Risk Management department.What you'll be doing:The role involves, but is not limited to –Account screening to identify and action fraudulent customer profilesIdentification and investigation of suspicious/unusual behavioural indicatorsEnhanced Due Diligence screening and reporting on high value / high risk accountsEmploying open-source intelligence gathering techniques to mitigate fraud and AML risksLiaising with the business and other stakeholders on Fraud,



AML/CTF mattersCompiling chargeback reports & data entry/reconciliation of charged back/disputed transactions against customer accountsScreening and profiling of new and existing customer accounts for Fraud and AML risksDesired Skills / Experience:Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Methodical and systematic approach to work and time managementEnthusiasm and an ability to be agile and adapt quickly to new business/operational requirementsIntermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAt ITSM, we place a premium on the employee experience.
