This role leads a network of Regional Business Managers, driving sustainable growth, customer outcomes and operational excellence across the retail business.
It is a unique opportunity to influence strategy, build leadership capability and contribute to business transformation at scale.What you will doDevelop and execute the ANZ retail sales strategy, translating business objectives into actionable plans that drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, market share expansion and improved store productivity across Australia and New ZealandEstablish robust sales governance, performance management and forecasting processes, using commercial insights and market trends to identify opportunities, manage risks and deliver agreed financial outcomesLead, coach and develop Regional Business Managers, creating a culture of accountability, capability building, succession planning and high performance throughout the retail networkPartner with Retail Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure consistent execution of customer standards, operational excellence initiatives, compliance requirements and continuous improvement programmesSpearhead strategic projects, business transformation initiatives and organizational change programmes that support long term growth, scalability and commercial effectivenessBuild strong cross functional relationships with Marketing, Finance, People & Culture, Customer Care and Executive Leadership teams to align priorities,
