You will work closely withPartners and their teams, balancing firm but professionalcollections with the need to maintain strong, ongoing clientrelationships.Operatingin a fast-paced professional services environment, this rolerequires strong judgement, resilience and the ability to adaptquickly as priorities shift in response to Partner and businessneeds.Your keyresponsibilities will include:CreditManagementAssessing andapproving new credit requests, including conducting creditchecks and risk assessmentsOnboarding new clientsand maintaining existing client accountsImplementing andadhering to internal credit policies and proceduresEnsuring client datais accurately maintained within the Firm's systemsProviding guidance andsupport on credit matters to internal stakeholdersCollectionsManaging a substantialdebtor ledger, proactively following up overdue invoices toensure healthy cashflowLeading collectionsactivity on more complex or sensitive accountsCommunicating withclients in a professional,



relationship-focusedmannerIdentifying andmanaging credit risk while minimising bad debtexposureWorking closely withbilling and AR teams to resolve invoicing or billingqueriesReporting &AnalysisPreparing; andreviewing aged debtor ledgers and outstanding balancereportsIdentifying emergingdebtor issues and escalating risks whereappropriateProviding insights tosupport cashflow management and decision-makingClient &Stakeholder; EngagementBuilding strongworking relationships with Partners, practice groups andexternal clientsActingas a key point of contact for escalated account and paymentqueriesFacilitating regulardiscussions with Partners to review debtor positions and agreenext stepsBalancing commercialoutcomes with long-term client relationshipsAboutYouYou are anexperienced Credit Controller, ideally from a professionalservices environment, with strong end-to-end collectionsexperience and confidence engaging with seniorstakeholders.To besuccessful in this role, you will bring:Provenexperience managing complex or high-value debtorportfoliosStrongstakeholder management and communication skillsAprofessional,
