You'll manage your own key relationships and have a say in strategy, product and how the business runs.This is a hands-on leadership role.
It suits a senior Financial Lines Broker who wants real influence and a share in the business.Responsibilities include:Leading and growing the financial services client practiceOwning relationships with senior decision makers at clients,



insurers and referral partnersBuilding new business through referral and partner channelsGuiding prospective clients through a structured advisory processPlacing and negotiating cover with domestic and overseas insurersShaping business strategy, operations and new productsImproving systems, CRM and data-driven toolsAbout YouYou'll have 5+ years in Financial Lines broking, placement or specialist insurance advisory.Ideally you'll bring:Exposure to financial services clients such as advice businesses, licensees, platforms or fund managersInsurer relationships in Australia and offshoreA record of winning and retaining clientsComfort with technology and an interest in better ways of workingA degree in Law, Finance or Commerce (highly regarded)Financial Lines Brokers from global, national and specialist brokerages will be considered.What's on Offer$180k to $220k + super, plus performance incentivesEmployee share ownershipA seat on the leadership teamA smaller business where your decisions count
