delivery manifests and driver documentation.Assist with distribution route planning and load consolidation.Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and within required timeframes.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in logistics, transport, warehousing or supply chain administration.Strong administration, organisation and time management skills.Advanced attention to detail and strong Microsoft Excel skills.Experience using ERP systems, email platforms and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.An analytical mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities.A proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.Experience in import/export operations, distribution planning and knowledge of OHS/WHS requirements or the Australian Dangerous Goods (ADG) Code will be highly regarded.What's on Offer?
