We're passionate about timeless beauty and modern style, and we're looking for an organised, detail-loving Social Media and Post Production Coordinator to join our close-knit team.The role starts at three days per week, with real potential to grow into a full time position as the business grows.If you live for aesthetics, thrive behind the scenes, and understand social media and branding, as well as you understand a beautifully styled photoshoot, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doingSocial media and contentPlanning and creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and PinterestWriting captions across all platformsManaging our online community, including DMs and email enquiriesMonitoring trends and platform algorithms to keep our content performingCopywriting and digitalWriting product descriptions, website copy and email campaignsUpdating and maintaining our websitePost productionEditing video and managing the image and video workflow,



from post-production through to final deliveryPhotoshoots and productionSupporting photoshoots from planning through to on-setCoordinating model castings, schedules and logisticsActing as production assistant on setGeneral administration and support for the creative teamWhat we're looking forProficiency with Apple systems, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and IllustratorConfidence using Canva, Sked Social and CapCutPrevious experience in social media and brand content (highly regarded)A strong understanding of social platforms and what makes content performExcellent organisation and a sharp eye for detailClear communication skills and creative flairWillingness to travel for photoshoots e.g. occasional domestic and international travelThe ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environmentA genuine passion for fashion, visual storytelling and beautiful detailsWhat we offerA casual role (3 days per week) with a clear opportunity to move to full-timeSome flexibility in which days you work, by agreementA collaborative, creative team in the heart of SydneyOpportunities to travel for shootsAn early start, so you can enjoy a proper handover with the current coordinatorApplicants must have the right to work in Australia.
