You will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, working closely with the internal design and delivery team, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Key DutiesDevelop and manage construction programs and procurement schedulesManage the procurement of materials and subcontractors in conjunction with the project teamEnsure projects are delivered in full compliance with WHS requirementsDevelop and maintain project quality plans and ensure required standards are maintainedAttend and lead weekly site and project meetingsPrepare regular project reports and provide formal project updatesManage client, consultant and subcontractor relationships throughout the project lifecycleIdentify and resolve project issues, risks and challenges as they ariseMaintain strong attention to detail across project delivery, documentation and reportingRequirementsMinimum 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager within the fit-out and refurbishment industryProven experience delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, ideally in the $500k–$5M rangeExperience across Commercial, Retail or Hospitality projectsTertiary qualification in Building, Construction or Engineering, or a relevant trade qualification with further industry educationStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDynamic, passionate and team-oriented approachAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsStrong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solvingBenefitsStrong focus on diversity and inclusion, high-performing but not overly corporateJoin a growing, family-friendly businessGenuine opportunity for career progressionCollaborative and supportive company cultureVaried and high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projectsBrisbane office with easy access to public transportA business that values its people and the quality of its work
