You will lead a team and work with stakeholders across the business to resolve issues, improve processes and support cash flow.What you'll be responsible forAs leader of the function you will oversee:Accounts ReceivableCredit assessment and customer onboardingInvoicing and collectionsDispute and claims resolutionCash allocationAccounts PayableSupplier onboarding and master dataInvoice processing and approval workflowsPayment runsSupplier statement reconciliationYou will set priorities, monitor team performance, coach and develop team members, and maintain productive relationships with customers and suppliers.You will partner with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, IT,



Logistics and other business areas to resolve operational issues and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and systems.What you'll bringYou will have substantial experience across accounts receivable, accounts payable or a broader transactional finance function, with demonstrated experience leading and developing a team.
.You will be comfortable managing competing priorities, investigating the cause of issues and working with internal and external stakeholders to reach a resolution.You will also bring:Stakeholder management experienceProblem-solving and system troubleshooting skillsExperience improving and automating processesConfidence working across multiple systemsExperience with D365 or DMEDI systems would be beneficialWhy join GWA?
