Fast forward to today, we have over 80+ employees across 5 locations in Australia which provides us the capacity to support projects nationwide.The Opportunity:HR Surveyors is seeking an experienced (minimum 3 years' experience) Engineering Surveyor to join our growing Regional VIC team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated experienced surveyor looking to take the next step in their career with a growing national business.About the Role:Reporting to the Survey Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality surveying services across various engineering projects, including pipelines, roads, bridges, buildings and feature surveys.
This role will involve regular work in regional Victoria, so ideally someone based in the Albury/Wodonga or surrounding regions would be preferred.Your responsibilities will include:Plan and execute daily survey tasks to meet project deadlinesPerform accurate survey calculations, drafting and reporting using industry-standard softwareUndertake engineering set-out, as-built surveys and other construction surveying requirementsLiaise directly with clients to ensure project requirements and specifications are metCollaborate with project managers, site teams and other surveyors to deliver efficient,



high-quality outcomesOperate Trimble and/or Leica survey equipment to undertake precise fieldworkMaintain a high standard of safety, accuracy and professionalism across all workPhysically demanding outdoor fieldwork involving lifting and carrying survey equipment, tools and materials, repetitive hammering, bending and manual handlingAbout YouYou are a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Surveyor with strong industry experience and a genuine passion for your work.You will ideally bring:A minimum of 3 years' experience as an engineering surveyor or construction surveying experienceProficiency in AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center and/or 12DHands-on experience with Trimble and/or Leica survey equipmentStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and client liaison skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA relevant qualification in Surveying, or equivalent industry experienceWhy HR Surveyors?
