We're looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Payroll Officer to join our Support Centre team on a Fixed Term contract until the end of ****.
In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering a seamless, accurate and compliant payroll experience for every MECCA team member.Working within a high-performing Payroll team, you'll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring team members are paid correctly and on time, every time.
You'll collaborate closely with People & Education and Finance, helping maintain data integrity and supporting a positive team member experience, while also contributing to continuous improvement as MECCA continues to grow.What You Will Be DoingDeliver end-to-end fortnightly payroll processing with accuracy and timelinessManage payroll variations including terminations, leave calculations and adjustmentsMaintain payroll data integrity across systems, ensuring confidentiality and complianceRespond to payroll queries, providing clear, timely and stakeholder-focused supportContribute to process improvements, system enhancements and testing initiativesCollaborate with People & Education and Finance teams to ensure accurate data flow and payroll outcomesWhat You Will BringMinimum 4 years' experience in payroll, ideally in a high-volume environmentKnowledge of payroll legislation including PAYG,
