Member Excellence: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring first-point resolution for enquiries and delivering exceptional member experiences.Operational Management: Manage branch resourcing,



budget parameters, risk compliance, and Fund operational standards.What We Are Looking ForProven Leadership: Strong track record in leading, coaching, and developing teams in a retail, financial services, or health setting.Sales & Service Drive: Demonstrated success in meeting KPI targets and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.Operational Capabilities: Sound judgment under pressure, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office suite.Location: Commutable to Clayton, VIC for full-time, on-site duties.Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is highly advantageousWhat's in It for You?
