This role is responsible for supervising frontline security personnel, coordinating incident responses, managing access control and monitoring systems, and ensuring compliance within a high-security setting protecting critical national infrastructure.Location: BrisbaneEmployment Type: Permanent Full TimeRoster: 90 hours per fortnight (9 x 10-hour shifts)Shift Pattern: Day Shifts OnlyKey ResponsibilitiesLead and support Security Officers across the siteOversee daily security operations, access control, and visitor managementMonitor CCTV, alarms, and Gallagher security systemsCoordinate responses to alarms, incidents, and emergenciesConduct site patrols and security inspectionsEscalate incidents and liaise with Site Management and emergency servicesMaintain accurate reports, logs, and security recordsEnsure compliance with client requirements, policies, and proceduresSupport training, mentoring, and operational performance of security personnelAbout YouMandatory RequirementsNV1 Security ClearanceCurrent QLD Security Licence (Monitoring & Unarmed)Current First Aid & CPR CertificateCurrent Driver's LicenceAustralian or New Zealand Citizen, or Permanent ResidentASIC Clearance, or ability to obtain onePrevious experience in a Security Supervisor, Team Leader,
