An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced early childhood leader to take the reins of a beautiful long day care service located in Melbourne's eastern suburbs.
This role will suit a passionate leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence with community engagement, team development, and centre growth.The Opportunity This is more than a traditional Centre Director role.We're looking for someone who can lead from the front, inspire educators, build strong relationships with families, and drive occupancy through exceptional service delivery and community connections.Working closely with an experienced and supportive leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to implement strategies that strengthen enrolments, build the centre's reputation within the local community, and create a positive culture where children, families, and educators thrive.What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading the day-to-day operations of the serviceDriving occupancy growth and maintaining solid enrolment numbersBuilding meaningful relationships with families and the local communityDeveloping and mentoring a team of passionate educatorsCreating a positive, engaging, and collaborative workplace cultureSupporting high-quality educational programs and practiceEnsuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and all regulatory requirementsManaging family tours, enrolment enquiries,
