Project Manager – Building Engineering Services , Telecommunications | Hybrid | QLD12 MTH CONTRACT - QLDC2 is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Building Engineering Services to lead the delivery of critical facilities projects across telecommunications and data-centre environments.You'll manage end-to-end projects that protect network reliability, safety and performance—working across building infrastructure, specialist contractors, internal stakeholders and technical teams.What You'll DoDeliver building engineering services projects from scope through to completionManage upgrades across substations, generators, air-conditioning systems, façades, energy-efficiency controls and data-centre fitoutsCoordinate projects involving AC power infrastructure, fire detection and protection, building works and emergency power systemsLead project planning, reporting, financial controls, procurement and vendor performanceReview scopes, designs and quotations to ensure compliance, quality and valueDevelop feasibility studies, business cases, project briefs and delivery plansMonitor contractor performance, safety, quality, schedule and budget outcomesBuild solid working relationships with planners, technical specialists, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.What You'll BringA degree in Engineering or a related disciplineAround 5+ years' experience in project delivery, building services, construction management or critical infrastructureExperience working across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, data-centre or facilities infrastructureStrong knowledge of construction practices, regulatory requirements and compliance obligationsProven capability in contractor and vendor management, project controls, budgeting and stakeholder engagementA track record of delivering complex projects safely,
