About the RoleFrom the trail to the track, we're looking for someone who gets the culture behind the brands.Merrell and Saucony each have their own identity, community and purpose.
We're looking for a Marketing Lead who understands what makes them different and knows how to turn that into marketing that connects with people.You'll bring global brand strategies to life in Australia, creating campaigns, content, partnerships and activations that resonate with outdoor and running communities.
Working across digital, social, retail and PR, you'll help grow both brands while staying true to what makes them special.What you'll do:Lead the execution of global and local brand strategies across Merrell and Saucony, ensuring campaigns feel authentic to each brand and resonate with Australian audiencesLocalise global campaign toolkits, bringing creative to life with a robust understanding of the local market, consumer and brand positioningDevelop and execute social and digital marketing strategies that connect product, retail and communityIdentify and build relationships with athletes, influencers and key opinion leaders who align with each brand and help grow their reachWork closely with PR, eCommerce,



merchandise and retail teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across channelsSupport photoshoots and content production, ensuring creative captures each brand's identity and speaks to its audiencePartner with store experience teams to bring campaigns into the retail environment and create engaging in-store experiencesCollaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver events, collaborations and activations that build brand awareness and community engagementWork with global brand stakeholders to align local marketing activity with international strategy and prioritiesMonitor campaign performance, report on results and use insights to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvementWhat we're looking for:Experience in brand or trade marketing, ideally within sport, running, outdoor or lifestyleA genuine interest in running, outdoor adventure or performance cultureA strong understanding of what makes a brand distinctive and how to connect with its audienceExperience delivering campaigns across digital, social, partnerships and activationsA creative, hands‐on approach with strong attention to detailSomeone who can manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams and deliver commercially focused resultsAt Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
