You will engage with mid-market organisations, understand their HR and payroll challenges, and demonstrate how Martian Logic solves them through our integrated, AI-powered platform.What You'll DoConduct pre-sales discovery with prospects across education, health,



care and enterprise sectorsPresent product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and pain pointsWork closely with the sales team to move deals through the pipelineBuild relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersIdentify opportunities to position our Australian compliance capabilities and AI featuresWhat We're Looking ForProven pre-sales or solutions engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise softwareStrong understanding of HRIS, HR operations or payroll systemsExcellent communication skills and ability to translate technical features into business valueExperience working across mid-market segments, ideally education, health or careWhat We OfferPermanent full-time position with competitive OTE Package between $180,000 and $230,000 per annum10 days of personal/carer's leave per 12 months of continuous serviceParental leave entitlements including 2 weeks paid leave from birth of childOpportunity to work with a mature, profitable SaaS company with robust market presence
