We are seeking an experienced Workforce Data Analyst to join a large government agency on an initial 12-month contract.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing workforce trends, building reporting solutions, and providing evidence-based recommendations that support organisational workforce planning.Your new roleIn this role, you'll work with large and complex datasets to identify workforce trends, develop forecasting models, produce dashboards and reporting, and provide insights that assist leaders in making informed workforce decisions.
This includes:Analysing workforce and organisational data to identify trends and opportunitiesDeveloping reports, dashboards and workforce metricsSupporting workforce forecasting and planning activitiesConducting data validation,
