Payroll Specialist – Moran Health Care GroupLocation: Sydney, NSWContract: Full-time, PermanentCompany: Moran Health Care GroupJoin a caring organisation delivering aged care services for over 65 years, with values of respect, kindness, dignity and compassion.Key responsibilitiesEnsure accurate end-to-end processing of fortnightly payrolls.Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, systems and databases.Ensure compliance with legislation, MHCG Policies and the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA).
Provide a high level of customer service when addressing employee payroll queries.Processing new hires, transfers and terminations.Assist with maintenance of the payroll system.Prepare and process termination payments and workers' compensation payments.Prepare and process fortnightly and monthly reports.Perform ad hoc payroll tasks and respond to related queries.Skills and requirementsQualification in Payroll, Business, Accounting,



Finance or equivalent or relevant experience.Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.Previous experience in Health or Aged Care highly desirable.Solid attention to detail, accuracy and ownership of your work.Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.Must have full working rights in Australia.Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
