We are a highly regarded not-for-profit, values-based organisation, offering residential, community and in-home aged care for over 40 years, to older people living in and around the city of Manningham.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Community Services Manager to join the MannaCare on a permanent full time basis.Reporting to the Executive Director Community Services, the Community Services Manager will lead the Rostering Team Lead, Community Support Worker Team Leaders, Social Support Groups and Admission/Intake Coordinator - Community, ensuring effective service delivery, workforce coordination, quality care supporting older people to live safely and independently in their own homes and sustainable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop in-home support services and social support programsSupervise, coach and support direct reports, fostering a positive and collaborative team cultureOversee client intake, service coordination and community workforce rosteringMonitor departmental KPIs, budgets and financial performanceEnsure compliance with aged care standards, funding requirements and the understanding of the SCHADS AwardMonitor client needs, risks and changes in care requirements, ensuring appropriate follow-upBuild strong relationships with clients, families,
