and related derivative instrumentsResearching and developing new systematic trading opportunities within Taiwan and Hong Kong ETF marketsCollaborating closely with the broader market-making teamDesigning, implementing, and enhancing algorithmic trading strategies and execution tools tailored to local market microstructureProactively engaging with regulators, issuers, exchanges, and brokers across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the wider APAC regionWhat You Will Bring2+ years of relevant trading experience at a High-Frequency Trading or Market Making firm, ideally with direct exposure to ETFsStrong knowledge of ETF mechanics, pricing, NAV calculation, index replication, creation/redemption flows, and arbitrage strategiesFamiliarity with Taiwan and/or Hong Kong market structure, trading rules, and settlement conventions.Proficiency in PythonHighly advanced capability in probability and statisticsExcellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsA genuine passion for financial markets, particularly systematic and quantitative tradingStrong academic record in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related disciplineOur CultureAt Nine Mile, we operate in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
