ping pong and beer on tapAbout YouWe're keen to speak with recruiters who have developed a strong foundation in agency recruitment and are ready to take the next step in their careers.Ideally, you'll bring:Minimum 2 years' agency recruitment experience, ideally within a 360 environmentA proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationshipsConfidence in business development, client meetings and generating new opportunitiesExperience managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to placementA commercial mindset with the drive to grow your desk and earning potentialStrong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsA proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine team mentalityExperience recruiting within Construction, Engineering or Infrastructure would be highly regarded.
