We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Support Team Lead in Kangaroo Flat, VIC to join our mission of setting a new standard for support.

Seeking a positive and experienced Support Team Lead with experience as a Disability Support Worker and a willingness to commit to 10 hours of permanent work per week, with some flexibility with remote hours.Your Key Responsibilities:Provide face-to-face support work - This will be focused on building rapport with the client, supporting the client with autism, non-verbal and behaviours.Handle rostering, recruiting, and training staff.Attending meetings with the client, parents,



and the Hireup manager.Any admin duties relating to the clients' support.Experience required:Disability Sector knowledge – experience working with clients living with a disability; supporting a client who is non-verbal and autistic.Recruitment, management, or leadership experienceExperience implementing & recognising restrictive practicesExperience working with behaviors of concern & personal careCommunicating with Allied Health & StakeholdersCommunity access/school pick up & transportCurrent Shift Availability:Must be available for the following face-to-face shift:Wednesday afternoons (from 2:30pm for school pick up)Remaining hours will be admin dutiesPossibility for extra hours as support worker with the clientMandatory Requirements:NDIS Worker Screening CheckNDIS Worker Orientation ModuleFull First AidRight to work within AustraliaWorking with children checkNationally Coordinated Criminal History CheckReliable car and a full Australian Driver's LicenseWhy should you join?
